If this is your first time here, please CLICK HERE to create your account. Once you create a login, you will be able to join the Vaughan PTA, update your directory information, receive important updates and sign up to volunteer.
Use this handy checklist for smooth sailing:
- Join PTA Register as a PTA member. PTA is for everyone! Joining the PTA adds you to the email list for important school events and announcements.
- Update Membership Toolkit Did you know you need to update your membership information each school year? Make sure your student's class details and family contact info is correct in the PTA directory.
- Get Social Connect with PTA on Facebook and Instagram. You can also join the grade-level Facebook group for parents in your student's grade level.
- Volunteer Learn more about volunteer opportunities at our school and sign up for the crew that sounds right for you!
- Volunteer Application Submit your volunteer application with AISD. This application must be resubmitted each school year and is required to volunteer on campus.
- My School Bucks Click here to create your My School Bucks account or add funds for cafeteria purchases. Unused funds roll over to the next school year at the end of the year. Technology insurance fees are also paid through My School Bucks this year.

- Calendars Download the district calendar for school holidays and early release days and check out the school's calendar for important school event dates.

- What's For Lunch? Set-up a MealViewer profile and download the app to see what's being served in the cafeteria each day.

All hands on deck! Every crew needs hands on deck for smooth sailing. Whether you have an hour a month or a whole afternoon, there's a place for you.
All volunteers must be approved through the 2026-2027 AISD volunteer registration process.

Want to be involved in your child's classroom? Collaborate to coordinate class parties, teacher appreciation and build community. Minimal time commitment required for Room Crew. There are also additional opportunities for leadership across grade levels on this crew. Sign up for more info and we'll be in touch.
Wondering how we make our teachers happy? As your schedule allows, sign up for Support Crew to help teachers prep materials and complete simple projects. Dates TBD. Sign up for more info and we'll be in touch.
Like planning parties? Help us plan Fall Festival, Spring Bash, and everything in between. Sign up for Event Crew as your schedule allows. This crew is NOT required to work events. Sign up for more info and we'll be in touch.
Is story time your jam? Join Library Crew to shelve books for an hour and be a Viking hero. Sign up for a recurring slot or as you have time in your schedule.
Sign up to be a Hero of the Hallways! Watch D.O.G.S. are fathers, grandfathers, uncles, and other positive male role models who volunteer for a full school day.
